Kate Goss is the Managing Director of PrideOne, leading the Managed Service Provider (MSP) division of Pride Global. With over 20 years of experience in contingent workforce management and staffing, Kate is a trusted advisor to clients who seek IT and non-IT contingent labor vendor management solutions, including payroll and passthrough programs.
Working with a global team in the United States and India, Kate implements customized workforce solution programs that are optimized to meet the specific strategic needs of our clients. In an effort to maintain compliance with the ever-changing landscape of contingent labor and employment regulations, Kate advises clients on how to mitigate risk and adapt to the latest legislative changes.
Prior to PrideOne, Kate was a liaison for consultants who have been placed on-site at clients. Her primary role was to oversee onboarding procedures and conduct quality control by resolving issues with timely solutions.
Kate received her Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from The New School. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Duke University.
