A program specialist connects with each individual worker at the beginning of employment to reinforce and clarify time entry guidance and payroll information. Each worker receives a Frequently Asked Questions document with detailed information about the employment process. We also maintain a consistent and open dialogue with workers throughout the assignment to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
