James Rowbotham

James Rowbotham is responsible for the overall delivery of PrideOne’s payroll programs, including operations, client management, contractor care and reporting/analytics. He leads a team of US and offshore based associates that provide world-class customer service to clients, contingent workers and staffing suppliers. He uses his experience as a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) to enhance client program operations, ultimately improving quality, lowering costs, and mitigating risk.

Prior to joining the PrideOne team, James was a senior associate with Russell Tobin, the search and staffing arm of Pride Global. In this role, James supported to hiring needs of some of the top financial services and technology companies in the NYC metro area. His experience as a recruiter has allowed him to appreciate the critical importance of developing trusting, productive relationships with staffing firms, viewing them as partners instead of just a supplier of services.
