Anu Vettath is the Director of Operations at PrideOne. She has over 18 years of management experience in the BPM and Contingent Workforce Management industry. Over the years, Anu is experienced in managing large scale multi-geographic operations, business transformation initiatives and client management. Anu is uniquely qualified in building and retaining high-performance teams to develop and implement strategies for accelerated growth and operational excellence through innovative long term strategies to meet stakeholder demands.
At PrideOne, Anu is responsible for driving operational predictability by designing and deploying processes and governance structures that focuses on consistent high quality service delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
Prior to PrideOne, Anu worked with an India based company that provides business process management services where she managed P&L for their telecom and financial services clients.
