Commitment to Diversity

Founded in Diversity

PrideOne is honored to be a minority-certified Managed Service Provider (MSP). Through our Diversified Staffing Alliance, we connect clients with a pool of minority- and woman-owned staffing firms that we manage. As one of the few minority-owned MSPs, our clients are able to satisfy Tier 1 diversity spending requirements when they work with us. In fact, Crain’s New York Business has named our parent company, Pride Global, one of the largest minority-owned staffing firm in the Greater New York area.

Diversity as a Company Value

At PrideOne, we live by our values, one of which is a steadfast commitment to diversity. We have established an inclusive workplace that respects different perspectives and fosters creativity and innovation. Every background, experience, and outlook contributes to our unique culture and brings fresh approaches that enrich our solutions.

We place an emphasis on hiring a diverse workforce and seek out alliances with professional organizations dedicated to providing opportunities for minorities. We are also involved in community education and occupational skills development for minority high school and college students.

Long-standing Support for Organizations Focused on Inclusion

Pride Global is a member of several professional associations that focus on diversity initiatives. We are the annual sponsor and co-chair of the NY/NJ Minority Supplier Development Council Gala and take part in the Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council. In addition, we joined forces with NYU’s Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapter to provide workplace guidance as part of post-graduate and MBA programs.
