Miguel Simoes

Miguel Simoes is a Program Director of Managed Services Operations for PrideOne, with a focus on creating flexible, customized, client-focused programs for our vendor managed services and master vendor program relationships. Miguel’s functions include creating, standardizing and communicating best practices to all stakeholders as well as process development and improvement, both internally, and in conjunction with our clients. He also delivers on the capture, analysis and reporting of key data and metrics to help maximize operational efficiency

Miguel has more than 8 years of experience in staffing and sourcing, with a focus in the financial services sector. Prior to PrideOne, Miguel was a client development professional at a large recruitment agency, where he developed and maintained relationships with several major accounts.

Miguel graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Systems Management.
