Lauren Winter

Lauren Winter is a Program Director at PrideOne, currently leading the contingent labor program at a global financial institution where she oversees all aspects of the recruitment process, including management of the Non-IT contingent vendors and workforce, as well as the payroll and passthrough initiatives.

Lauren works closely with vendors and hiring managers and is committed to building a long-term relationship with each key stakeholder. She has demonstrated a proven track record of taking the time to understand client procedures and culture and to identify the appropriate vendors who can successfully supply qualified talent in a time-efficient manner.
